What you will need:
- 2 parts Clifton Estate Spiced Rum
- 1 part lemon juice
- 3/4 part simple syrup
- Lemon, to garnish
- Maraschino cheery, to garnish
How to mix:
- Combine the rum, lemon juice and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker and fill with ice cubes. Shake well for 30 seconds.
- Strain into a rocks glass with free ice. Garnish with lemon and a Maraschino cherry.
