What you will need:

• 4 parts strong black coffee
• 1 1/2 parts Clifton Estate Rum
• Lightly whipped cream, to top
• Sugar, to taste

How to mix:

1. Pour coffee (sweetened to taste) into a glass or mug.
2. Mix in the Clifton Estate Spiced Rum
3. Top with lightly whipped cream
