Mark Theron recently attended the weeklong ‘Wirspa distilling conference and the alcohol school concise’ by Lallemand biofuel & spirits division. This weeklong event saw attendance of distilleries from around the world, as far afield as China, Australia, South Africa, Canada, USA, Central and South America and from across the Caribbean region.
